Store Policies

We ship to anywhere in the United States. Orders will be shipped via one of the three main carriers: UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

The average shipping time is 2-5 business days, but it may take longer in some cases due to carrier and/or weather delays..

Handling time is 48 hours, but in most cases, it is less than 24 hours. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Mountain Time on weekdays typically ship the same day. On weekends, we usually ship Friday night orders on Saturday morning, while orders placed on Saturday afternoon and Sunday are shipped on Monday.

 

We have the following three shipping cost:

• $6 – Typically applies to single cards

• $8 – Applies to orders of one Japanese booster box, or small orders of sleeves and similar items

• $10 flat fee – This is the default rate for most orders

Note: Shipping cost is automatically selected based on the items in your order.

Due to the nature of sealed Trading Card Game products, we are unable to accept returns on any trading card / collectible card products.

If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns are allowed only on accessory products like Binders, Sleeves, Toploaders, Semi-rigid protectors and Deck boxes.

Orders can only be canceled before shipment with sufficient advance notice and are subject to a 4% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and credit card providers. For more details about returns please see our Return Policy.

Please note that cancellations are not allowed for Japanese pre-orders.
